Product Terms & Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Bapmic makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").

1. Prices and Tax

Unless specified otherwise, trading terms of all prices applied and agreed in any application is FOB Shanghai by default. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.Please note that the prices on our website and app are guide prices only. The actual price agreed upon will be the price of which is listed on order confirmation that we reply to you shortly after order is placed.

2. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

3. Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have dispatched your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you.

4. Minimum Shipment Charge

The minimum shipment value for any non-express delivery shipment is $5000.

If the value of the products in your shipment when shipment is ready is less than the minimum basket value, then we will add a $200 local charge to your order.

We can combine separate orders into single shipment in order to suffice the threshold.

5. Claim

We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Bampic. Please see our Claim Policy for details of how to obtain a replacement, Credit note or refund. Our claim policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights.

If you have any complaints about an online purchase, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel any of your current order up till we reply you with order confirmation. Any changes after this point will be subjected to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the cancellation value.

7. Payment

We accept bank wire transfer, paypal through and to our specific account stated on order confirmation and invoice. Customer is liable to pay for bank charges occurred.

8. General

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR and any disputes will be decided only by the HKSAR courts.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Customer Services
